ESCLUSIVO SISTEMA DI TENUTE ACQUA AUTOLUBRIFICATO con doppio pacco di guarnizioni in gomma tela entrambe rinforzate con anelli in teflon/bronzo per una eccezionale durata delle guarnizioni.

ESCLUSIVO SISTEMA DI TENUTE che impedisce l’ingresso di acqua nell’olio del carter.

ESCLUSIVO SISTEMA DI TENUTA OLIO nel carter che minimizza l’usura del paraolio pistoni (BREVETTATO).

ESCLUSIVO SISTEMA DI TENUTA TRA CARTER E TESTATA che impedisce l’ingresso di polvere e sporcizia nella zona di scorrimento pistoni pur permettendo la fuoriuscita dell’acqua di lubrificazione (BREVETTATO).

EXCLUSIVE Packing System: New self lubricating double packing design with special buna-textile packing and bronze rings. Unique Teflon anti-extrusion ring packing design prevents water from entering the crankcase oil even if exposed to large amounts of water.

EXCLUSIVE Sealing System between pump head and crankcase: it prevents dust, powders and dirt from penetration in the area where pistons work, but allow water to exit for lubrication. PATENT PENDING.

EXCLUSIVE Crankcase Sealing System: it minimizes the wearing on pistons oil seals. PATENT PENDING.

EXCLUSIVE Piston Bolts Anti-Freeze System: prevents ceramic plungers from cracking due to freezing conditions.

CRANKCASE: Designed with the optimal number of cooling fins to drastically reduce the operating oil temperature.

VALVE CAPS: have recessed the O-Ring further into the pump head and reinforced it with an anti-extrusion ring to prevent the O-Ring from extruding under very high pressures.

BRASS MANIFOLD: Forged for maximum strength and longer life up to 5100 psi.
Designed to reduce internal resistance for improved efficiency.

CHECK VALVES are stainless steel with a high efficiency design.

PISTONS: solid ceramic.

CRANKCASE: die-cast aluminum alloy is anodized for protection against corrosion.

LARGE OIL CAPACITY dissipates heat and improves lubrication for longer life.

PISTON GUIDES are heat treated stainless steel.

CONNECTING RODS are a one piece, solid bronze alloy.

BEARINGS: are premium quality tapered roller bearings.

OIL CAP: new travel/working oil cap.

SOLID SHAFT Ø24 mm for belt drive, gearbox or flex couplers.
